An ongoing partnership

Wellness Memberships

A way to keep wellness active in the life of your organization.

We work with you to shape an ongoing wellness partnership around your people, priorities and working patterns. Together, we agree on the experiences, participation and follow-through that fit your organization.

Leadership support

Leadership connects wellness to organizational priorities and protects time for participation—including agreeing on what work, meetings or deadlines need to move.

A person on your team

An internal point person works with YHC to invite colleagues, coordinate participation and gather feedback.

YHC alongside you

YHC coordinates the agreed experiences and facilitators, supports everyday practice and reviews what is useful with you.

Shaped around your people

A membership could draw on workshops, private group experiences, regular YHC classes and our Equinox & Solstice Wellness Weekends. Activities and access arrangements are agreed together.

Together, we agree on regular check-ins to review participation, what people find useful and what they are putting into practice—then decide what to adjust or continue.

Equinox & Solstice Wellness Weekends

A quarterly wellness reset for your team.

Making wellness part of working life takes shared commitment—and room in the calendar. Together, we explore what participation could look like, what needs to make way, and how to sustain it.

Our seasonal weekends offer a natural place to begin. Your organization could protect time around a Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Fall Equinox or Winter Solstice weekend, with experiences and participation arrangements shaped together.

Leadership makes room by adjusting normal meetings and demands. YHC helps shape the experience. Together, we agree on useful practices to carry forward and a check-in before the next seasonal gathering.

Over time, these shared experiences can become part of your organization’s culture—a valued rhythm of pausing, reconnecting and moving forward together.

Begin with a conversation—or build on a pilot.

A pilot gives us a chance to learn together before agreeing on an ongoing membership. There is no automatic move from a pilot into membership.

What the pilot includes

Selected sessions, everyday practices and manager check-ins focused on one team’s agreed priority. A closing review considers participation, usefulness and the next step.

At the end of the pilot

Decide together whether to conclude, adapt or continue. Any further work is agreed separately.

One possible 90-day sequence

How a program could unfold.

An example of how shared experiences and everyday practice can build on one another. Topics and timing are agreed with your company.

Month 1

Energy & attention

Try movement, yoga or a wellness walk alongside practices for attention and responding to pressure.

Between sessions: Choose one useful practice and notice when it helps during the working week.

Month 2

Connection & contribution

Use facilitated listening, shared activity or community service to put Better Together into practice.

Between sessions: Keep what helps and add a shared practice, such as a listening check-in or recognizing colleagues’ contributions.

Month 3

Reflection & next steps

Review what people tried and what changed in everyday life and work.

At the closing review: Discuss participation, usefulness and what to continue, adjust or leave behind.

Sessions on sleep, nutrition or financial wellbeing can also be included, with specialist contributors agreed in advance.

The next conversation

Let’s find your starting point.

Begin with what your people are experiencing. We’ll identify what matters most now and where to begin.

A few questions to begin

  1. What would you like to strengthen for your people?
  2. What could participation realistically look like?
  3. What would useful progress mean for your organization?
